Patti Game Terms and Conditions — Rules & Platform Policy

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pattigame.pro, creating an account or making use of any service offered by patti game — including Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting and crash games — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and patti game ("the platform", "we", "us"). 3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on patti game. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using shared payment methods — is a breach of these terms. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all accounts except the original may be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with the additional accounts may be voided.

When registering your account you are required to provide:

• Your full name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Patti game will never ask you for your full password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Patti game reserves the right to close or suspend any account that has been inactive for an extended period, accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity or accounts where the registered information cannot be verified. Players with a suspended account should contact our support team to discuss the situation.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on patti game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer, typically processed within seconds.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer, typically processed within seconds.
• Raast — interbank instant payment, processed in real time during banking hours.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from your Pakistani bank account.
• Debit / Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits are credited to your patti game account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed on our end. For JazzCash and Easypaisa this is almost immediate. For bank transfers, processing may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

There is no deposit fee charged by patti game. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside our control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

Patti game does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency or any payment method not listed above. Attempting to deposit via an unsupported method may result in the funds being delayed or returned minus any transaction fees incurred.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified including identity documents (CNIC).
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the relevant balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in your own verified name — the same name as your patti game account.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same as, or compatible with, the method used for your most recent deposit.

Withdrawal processing times on patti game are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within a few minutes of approval for verified accounts.
• Raast: Same-day processing in most cases.
• Bank Transfer: Usually processed within the same business day, subject to your bank's receiving schedule.

Patti game does not charge a withdrawal fee. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed at the time of the request and may vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard processing hours may be queued for the next processing window.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Patti game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the offer at the time it is presented to you. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino games and Sports Betting may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution percentages are stated in each offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific offer states that it can be combined with another.

7Games & Sports Betting

Patti game offers a range of gaming categories including Slots, Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti), crash games (Aviator, JetX) and Sports Betting. All Slot and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game studios. Live Casino games use real dealers with physical equipment streamed in real time. Patti game does not modify or influence any game outcomes.

For Sports Betting, the following rules apply:

• All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed, unless those odds were published in error.
• Sports bets are settled in PKR immediately following official confirmation of the result.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, patti game will apply standard void/refund rules as stated in the specific sport's betting rules section.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time of suspension if a match is abandoned mid-play.
• Patti game reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, notifying the affected player as promptly as possible.

Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and are displayed before a bet is confirmed. Patti game reserves the right to limit stake sizes on individual accounts where betting patterns suggest abuse or exploitation of pricing errors.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on patti game. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt sporting conduct.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage — including reporting the issue and continuing to exploit it before it is fixed.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Making deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions placed by patti game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in card or table games.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Patti game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspicious account activity, unusual betting patterns or concerns about the source of deposited funds.
• Request by the account holder to self-exclude — taking effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts dormant for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings, with the account eventually closed if the balance reaches zero.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances unrelated to bonus activity will be returned after the completion of any necessary investigation, minus any amounts identified as fraudulently obtained.

Players who close their accounts voluntarily may reopen them by contacting support, unless the closure was the result of a self-exclusion request — in which case the cooling-off period must be respected before access can be restored.

10Privacy & Data

Patti game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account you confirm that you have read and understood how we use your personal data.
